About Kate Julian

Originally a Washington DC native, I received my degree in Marketing in 2011 and have worked in marketing and client care ever since. Before joining the PMW team, I spent over a decade helping real estate teams grow, create effective marketing campaigns, all while ensuring our clients felt taken care of and had a great experience from start to finish. I am also a notary in the state of Maryland and am happy to offer that as a service to our clients.

When I am not working, being active in my community has always been important to me. From coaching youth soccer, volunteering with the Trevor Project, and fostering dogs with local rescues, I love to “give where I live”. In my free time, you can find me tossing the pallino with my neighborhood Bocce team, enjoying a matinee movie, and exploring hidden gem hiking spots with our two dogs.
